McDelivery.co.in, the official McDonald's delivery service in India, does offer delivery services. However, the availability of free shipping may vary and could be subject to certain terms and conditions. It's recommended to check the official website or app for the most accurate and up-to-date information. The policy for McDelivery can also be found on their official website. It's important to note that the delivery menu includes the full McDonald's menu with the exception of soft serve cones. Other exclusions may apply. Customers can earn points on every order for free food through the MyMcDonald’s Rewards program. Some deals are available when ordering McDelivery in the McDonald’s app depending on the participating restaurant or offer timing. For any issues with the order, customers are advised to contact the respective delivery partner, either Uber Eats or DoorDash. Please note that this information is subject to change and it's always best to check the official sources for the most current details.

The return policy at mcdelivery.co.in is as follows: If there is an issue with Mobile Order & Pay (excluding delivery) or a refund is requested, the restaurant at which the purchase was made should be contacted. If a McDonald’s app delivery order was placed, the Vendor Name should be checked to identify whether Uber Eats or DoorDash was handling the order, and the relevant service should be contacted. Orders placed via Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub or Postmates directly should be addressed with those delivery partners for resolution. In most cases, a refund must be asked directly from the restaurant the order was placed from. If the food is not of the quality expected, a refund from the restaurant chain can be requested. When a customer wants a refund, the fast food chain usually asks for a reason before processing the refund. Most stores, whether franchise or company-owned, tend to offer their customers an exchange of orders, either with the same options or different ones. In most cases, even if they do a refund or an exchange, it is only applicable if the order has yet to be consumed or is just consumed halfway through. A fully finished order is not eligible for a refund or an exchange. There are also certain situations where they give their customers a refund. As per the official website of McDonald’s, an order can be updated or abandoned at any time until it is checked in at a restaurant. However, once it is checked in at a restaurant, it cannot be cancelled. If a refund is desired for any reason, including if the products are unsatisfactory or other reasons, the restaurant where the product was purchased should be contacted regarding any refund due. Legal rights in this respect are not affected by anything in these terms. If a refund is applied for on a debit or credit card, in most cases, the refund will come through and reflect in the bank account in either a few days, to a maximum of three weeks. However, in most cases, the refund always gets through in just ten days.
